Is GOD’S FAVORITE GIRL, really the fan’s favorite EP?

Melisa Perez delivers a strong debut EP with four undeniably catchy tracks. While the sound leans somewhat generic, the title track "GOD’S FAVORITE GIRL" stands out as the most well-rounded effort. "SOCK DRAWER MOON" offers a slight change of pace, though it relies heavily on repetition, and "SECRET" attempts an alternative direction that unfortunately fails to make a lasting impression. The key track, "ANGEL," captures the EP's essence generic, yet undeniably danceable. Ultimately, the project accomplishes its goal, introducing us to a very promising AI pop artist.
